Jandakot Business Park, located at 100 Prinsep Road, will be a landmark development in Perth’s southern corridor.

The project, led by national developer Capital Prudential, will include 46 self-contained warehouse units ranging from 178 to 539 square meters.

Key Features:

  • High truss warehouses
  • Parking spaces

Justin Mabarrak, head of industrial and commercial operations at Effective Property Solutions (EPS), said there was strong market interest in the project.

More than 200 inquiries have been received, with more than a quarter of the apartments already offered or on hold and five apartments sold.

Construction is expected to begin in the coming weeks, with completion scheduled for September 2025.

The project is designed by Mulder Kampman Design and promises a modern and functional industrial space.

Jack Bennett, National Procurement Manager at Capital Prudential, highlighted the strategic location of the project and its potential to drive growth in the region.

The appointment of Alita Constructions to this high-profile project further strengthens its position as a key player in Perth’s commercial construction sector.

As it prepares to build Jandakot Business Park, the company continues to demonstrate its expertise in executing large-scale industrial and commercial projects across the region.
