Angelina Jolie’s alleged boyfriend Akala introduces her to his friends and family: report

Things seem to be heating up for Angelina Jolie and British rapper Akala.

Akala reportedly introduced the 49-year-old Oscar winner to his friends and family, sources told the Daily Mail on Monday.

Insiders say the duo bonded over their “common love of history and the source of knowledge.”

Akala, 40, reportedly “taught Angelina about Britain’s colonial past and the country’s prominent black figures.”

“Akala has taught Angelina Jolie a lot about black British history as she searches for new source material for films,” sources told the publication about the rumored couple.

“He introduced her to the Kelso Cochrane story. She’s an avid historian, so there was a lot of talk about Olive Morris and Kelso.”

Although neither “Mr. While both the Mrs. Smith actress and Akala have not publicly confirmed they are dating, insiders said he “loves how fearless and independent” Jolie is.

“They see each other regularly and hang out,” added sources for the two, who were also spotted separately at the London Film Festival on Thursday.

Akala’s sister is British rapper Miss Dynamite, who, according to the tabloid’s sources, was also interested in Jolie.

“They met through a charity they both supported and Angelina wanted to know more about his activism and loves his sister’s music,” they said.

Meanwhile, a separate source also told the publication that there is “no romantic connection” between the mother of six and the “Carried Away” musician.

They even claimed that Akala was dating his business partner Chanel Newman.

The new development in Jolie and Akala’s relationship comes amid reports that they spent time together at her hotel in London.

“Angelina and Akala have been secretly spending nights together at her London hotel, The Corinthia,” a source told The Sun on Monday.

“Angelina arrived at the hotel via the loading dock at around 8pm on Wednesday and was joined by Akala at around 10pm. The couple spent Wednesday and Thursday nights together at the hotel and never left.”

Although Akala and Jolie reportedly “use separate cars and secret entrances to keep their relationship private,” their romance is supposedly “real.”

In addition to last week’s outing, the UK native and Jolie were photographed at the New York Film Festival on September 29. They were even photographed together with Jolie’s 20-year-old son Pax, whom she shares with her ex-husband Brad Pitt.

Earlier, on September 28, Akala and Jolie were spotted at an event in New York ahead of the film festival.

Jolie was previously married to Pitt, 60, from 2014 until they announced their split in 2016. They were declared single in 2019 and remain involved in divorce proceedings.
