Building a peaceful, stable and cooperative border area between Vietnam and Laos

On the morning of October 22, in Moc Chau County (Song La Province), Minister of National Defense General Fan Wang Giang worked with the standing committee of the Song La Provincial Party Committee.

Recently, the Son La Provincial Party Committee has taken the lead and prioritized the allocation of resources to focus on making the province a development center. North West Region High Tech Agriculture, North West Region Agricultural Processing Centre, Dairy Centre, Fruit Centre, Medicinal Plants and Travel Centre.

The province has also actively implemented key transport projects in the province; the focus was on flood prevention, response and recovery.

Speaking at the meeting, General Phan Van Giang praised Son La Province for overcoming difficulties and striving to achieve many achievements.
