Former Nike CEO John Donahoe puts Pearl District penthouse up for sale

Former Nike executive John Donahoe’s Pearl District penthouse goes on the market Wednesday for $4.5 million, a starting price that would shave more than $2 million off its 2019 price.

Donahue bought the condominium through a Delaware company called JRP Genpar Inc. in 2019 for $6.9 million. At the time, it was believed to be the highest price ever paid for an apartment in Portland, at $1,626 per square foot.
