Several primary schools in Perth and Kinross are reopening due to ongoing strike action

Eleven primary schools have reopened and a further 23 have partially reopened this week.

Thirty-seven primary schools in the region remain closed.

All secondary schools in the region, with the exception of St John’s Academy (secondary school) and Auchterarder Community School, were unaffected by the strike.

The council said it would provide updates every day at 1pm on its website and social media.
