Plans unveiled to turn construction site into used car dealership – Car Dealer Magazine

Plans have been submitted to convert an existing building site and its outbuildings into a car showroom in Clydebank, Scotland.

Planning application to West Dunbartonshire Council requesting a change of use.

According to the Glasgow Times, the site on Dumbarton Road in Clydebank, near Glasgow, is expected to become the new location for Clydebank car sales.

The used car dealer already has an office on Glasgow Road in Clydebank.

The application’s operational statement explains that the existing entrance to the site will remain and the buildings will remain as is and will be repurposed.

The brief statement also states that all vehicles will be parked on the street and on the property.

There will also be on-site parking for employees and customers.

The application is awaiting approval, comments are still open.
