SEOUL, October 21. /TASS/. First Deputy Foreign Minister of South Korea Kim Hong-kyun met with Russian Ambassador to Seoul Georgy Zinoviev, the South Korean Foreign Ministry reported.

“Kim Hong-kyun warned that the Republic of Korea will respond together with the international community with all available means to any actions that threaten its core security interests,” the foreign ministry said.

On October 10, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that media allegations about the participation of North Korean military personnel in the special operation constitute another hoax.

On October 19, US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin admitted that he could not confirm rumors spread by Ukraine about the presence of North Korean troops in the zone of a special Russian military operation.
