One person taken to hospital after accident in Indian Ocean near Breton Bay

At least one person was injured and taken to hospital after a crash in the Indian Ocean on Monday.

The north Perth multi-vehicle crash is believed to have happened near Breton Bay just after 10am.

The RAC rescue helicopter took the victim to the Royal Perth Hospital. Their condition was not known.

Various emergency services, including police and volunteer firefighters, were called to the scene.

The accident comes after two women were killed on the same stretch of road on Saturday.
