Harrison.ai’s Angus and Dimitri Tran make their debut on the list of Australia’s richest people under 40.

When Angus and Dimitri Tran were growing up in Ho Chi Minh City, one of the most treasured possessions in the family was a computer. Sent to their father by an uncle who lived in France, it was one of the first computers in Vietnam. Their parents were high school math teachers, and armed with this new asset, their father taught himself to code.

“He wrote the first book on programming in Vietnamese,” says Dmitry. Australian Financial Review. “In our office we have a photograph of my mother with baby Angus next to our treasured family computer – one of the most treasured possessions we had in the family.”
